At Majisa Store India, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, intimate apparel, hygiene products, or gift cards, are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We kindly request you to provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the associated shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at hi@majisastore.in or WhatsApp us at +91 93263 39108 with unboxing video.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If applicable, attach clear photographs of the item (especially for damaged or incorrect products).
- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to reasons other than damage or incorrect item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- For damaged or incorrect items, Majisa Store India will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the product you want faster.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
