Welcome to Majisa Store India! We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your purchases.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders received are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.
Please note that during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (Pan-India)
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Our standard shipping method covers deliveries across India.
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination pincode.
- Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited courier access might take additional time.
- Express Shipping: (Currently not available. We are working on providing this option soon.)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery might vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics delays, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or local courier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view the exact shipping charges for your order on the checkout page before making the final payment.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value, as announced on our website from time to time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. You can use this tracking number on our partner courier’s website or directly on the “Track Your Order” section of our website.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the dispatch notification.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pincode and contact number, at the time of placing your order. Majisa Store India will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Package: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or visibly damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery person. Immediately contact our customer support with clear images of the damaged package and its contents.
- Lost Package: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner, which may take 5-7 business days. A refund or replacement will be arranged once the courier confirms the package is lost.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Majisa Store India only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our services in the future.
